ISC West, RX’s flagship security event, serves a global audience of professionals who rely on conference content to stay current on technology, trends, and continuing education requirements. For the event team, the goal was not just to run a strong conference, but to make learning more accessible onsite and to extend that value well beyond the four days of the show.
To do that, ISC West deployed Rozie Synopsis across the attendee journey using an interactive mobile experience for live insights during the event and an access-controlled post-event Knowledge Hub for continued exploration after the event. This led to about 50% onsite usage, 70% post‑event usage among conferees, and around 7 minutes of average engagement time per user

In-session, attendees could scan a QR code and access live multilingual insights and session takeaways while the presentation was happening. After the session, attendees could see recap, recommendations, visual insight, track trends, and more.
Knowledge Hub
Attendees could revisit sessions, explore summaries, access available presentations, and continue learning after the show in one centralized destination. Attendees could also chat with the event content via an AI knowledge advisor.
