Knowledge Hub
The Knowledge Hub that hosted all the reports, trends from the event was fully integrated with their Swoogo platform using an OTP (One-Time Password) email gate to protect their intellectual property and ensure only verified badge holders had access. To aid their older demographic, the platform provided zoomable text, on-the-go audio summaries, and a "Knowledge Advisor" chatbot to help users navigate 12-page executive summaries.
